It's as if my body went through a reset of sorts. I am experiencing minor low back pain now, far less than before. I'm not even sure if I can call it back pain anymore as it's more like stiffness now. I very much enjoyed learning about pain management and how to strengthen my core through this challenge as well as how scars impact the body and how to manage that.
