Who am I and why should you trust me?

I'm Leah. I am a Boston raised Functional Trainer & Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in rehabilitation.

 

For 3 years I struggled with chronic lower back pain with no answers, and no one who could help me. I got tired of suffering, so I set out to learn how to manage my pain myself.

 

Over the years, I have picked up some amazing tools that I am so excited to share with you. I use these tools on a daily basis to prevent my lower back pain from controlling my life.

I know the struggles of chronic pain, and I also know that it is possible to overcome the pain. That is why I created this program specifically for YOU.

 

This program is designed to give you the tools you have needed but have been unable to find. These tools are designed to help you reduce & manage your pain now and for the rest of your life. It's purpose is to relax your tight muscles, strengthen your intrinsic core, protect your spine, give you mindfulness in your movements, and ultimately help you return to the active lifestyle you miss.
